love handles

how do i get rid of love handles? is there any exercises to get rid of them? please help!!

Try running or jogging, which is used to burn fat. It'll help get rid of the love handles. Also try a low caloric and low fat diet. Eating good foods such as proteins and whole grains with diary like yogurt will help you love them also. Drink plenty of water and don't drink any soda even diet soda. This will kick your metabolism into gear which will burn fat up.

Also ab exercises help lose the love handles after you burned some of the fat around your mid section. Stability balls are great to work out your abs, so you might want to get one if you don't already have one. I recommend crunches. They're going to be your best bet after burning most of the fat.
