urgent ipod help

my itunes got erased..
but the music is on my ipod
how can i get it onto the computer?

when i plug it in it says
'erase and synce'
and
'transfer purchases'

but neither one has the optnio of putting everything on my ipod onto the computer.

what do i do?

Reinstall itunes. Plug in your ipod. It should pop up transfer all files of some sort. Click the one that says, 'transfer.' It should work.

ok well you can if you have a music download program like limewire or kazza or something like that. when you open itunes, go to file and then add folder to library. then find the folder that has the music you have downloaded and when you select it, it will put all of that music on your itunes. thats all i know. you probabaly will have to copy all of the songs from cds again and im not really sure about the music you have bought.

the other option is if you go to an apple store. the have "geniuses" that will work with you and answer any questions you may have.

well if you buy your music, you can sync it into your library no problem

but if you don't buy your music, than there is no way of putting it back onto your computer.. from what i know.
