ok my friend is having a party, and she needs ideas on what things to do. there is no pool, only 12 people are gonna be there. no spin the bottle. and nothing you have to buy.

Watch movies. Or if its all girls, do a movie, and make over. Put make up on each other, do each others nails. Thats what i did when I was that age and wanted a party. Girls love doing that... even when there 22. :) Heck... I still do it! It's way fun. Girls of any age will think its fun!

Manhunt is always fun if you can get outside...
do a scavengar hunt (inside or outside)
any game system they have (PS2, GameCube, XBox whatever) set it up and play; or ask someone with a system to bring it.
Have people bring multi-player games and extra controlers;
Truth or Dare always works...but w/ guys and stuff make it more fun like "I dare you to eat..."
