ok im a male and im a freshman ok my penis is about 3 inches long without a boner and when it is a boner it is about 7 is that normal? just wondering.....

yes that is very normal. So the average penis length is 6.16 inches.The average girth is 4.84 inches.

Penis length, measured along the top, averages 3 1/2 to 4 inches when flaccid (soft) and 6 to 6 1/2 inches when erect (hard), but there’s a wide range of normal lengths. Penis size when soft also varies with temperature and emotions.
