Its hard to save money!

can you buy a air plane ticket half price and pay the other half later?
i want to go to egypt and it'll cost $1,100 San Fran to Egypt.
i have the 1,000 but i dont want to whipe out all my money.
what should i do?
second job is out of the question. it's hard to look for a job anyways. i have one but it pays mid wage.

No, you have to pay for an airline ticket in full when you purchase it.

If you want to spread the payments rather than paying everything at the same time, you can put the ticket onto a credit card and choose the amount to repay each month. Be aware that credit cards charge interest, and you actually end up paying more in the long run than if you'd just paid for it in the first place.
