First of all, how does she act towards you- flirty or indifferent? Do you guys only hang out with a group or do you go places just the two of you? Signs a girl might like you:
- Touching you or (if she's shy) pulling away from you
- Mimicking your body language (if you rest your head on your hand, she does too)
- Overly interested in who you like
- Doesn't talk about "girl stuff" (shaving, periods, etc)
-Laughs at your jokes, even when no one else does
Talk to her friends about it (make them promise not to tell!). Ask them what they think she'd do if you told her. Generally telling her you like her won't do anything. Ask her out. If you're unsure, maybe a group or double date. If you think she might like you, ask her to the movies or do. Be polite and DON'T tell her you think she's hot. Girls want guys to like them for reasons other than looks. She will probably hint if she doesn't like you, i.e. repeatedly turning down invitations, mentioning guys she likes, etc.
