I know I shouldn't be thinking like this, but I want to die about half the time. I really want to be happier, but I can't.
Do you know anything I could try because I'm desperate... please?
I'm lucky because I have a few friends who I can turn to for help sometimes, and even if they dont know that im not feeling very upbeat, they can cheer me up (:
Are you involved in any clubs like guides or St. John Ambulance?
Both are great to be involved with.
Do you know why you're feeling like this,
has something happened to you?
Or is it just that you wake up one day and think 'is this all life is for me?'
These are a few things to do that can make you feel more upbeat at times and kinda improve your self esteem::
Think back to when you did something new for the first time.
Do something you have been putting off.
Do something you are good at.
Get seriously relaxed.
Remember all the brilliant things you have achieved.
