Summer workout

I am 15/F
5 feet 8 inches tall.
& 145 pounds.

i don't particularly wasnt to loose weight, I just want to et mroe git and toned.
So durring the summer, what are some good things to do to get more toned?
me and my boyfriend are going to go walk a mile about 3 times a week... but what are some short and easy things I can do.

running will be more effective than walking, and doing crunches everyday will tone your stomach. just keep at it and push yourself all summer, and you'll look great! :)

Walking a mile is going to burn about 150 calories. That's pretty much the equivalent of a soda. Which isn't much.

The best way to get toned if you're a girl is to run. Instead of walking a mile, I'd recommend that you and your boyfriend run a mile. Try to pace yourself so you run the entire way. If a mile is too much, don't worry and just run as much as you can(but pace yourself). Then, as the weeks go by, try to improve. Push yourself as hard as you can every single day. If you do this, at the end of summer you'll be very toned. It should probably take you no more than 7 minutes to run a mile at the end of the summer.

If you are alerady in decent shape, which it sounds like you are. Try running two miles instead. If that is too easy, try running three. Just make sure you pace yourself.
