Hi I saw one of your advice things and you said "if you jump rope for 15 minutes a day for a month, you will lose 10 pounds." did you mean you would lose 10 pounds that month?

How long will it take to loose weight from doing those things? and how much weight will you loose from them? I'm about 5'2 148 lbs {i'm overweight} so dod you think i could get down to 125 by summer? If not, how long do you think it would take?
