okay, long story short, i tore my ACL a year ago next month. i got released in feb. the only thing i have done since then is gymnastics. iv been eating a lot of sweets, and drinking a lot of pop. and over that year, i formed a tummy.. im not fat, but it really makes me depressed, cause this time last year, i had a 6 pack and was in the best shape ever for a girl. I'm 5'5 and about 150lbs. yeah.. i was 120.. =-x.. so now that its getting nice out, iv been taking walks. but im about to start running, and only drinking water, and not eat as many sweets, im still going to eat the food i like, but not like cnady and ice cream and stuff. will that help any in losing my tummy?? ((oh i'll also be going to a basketball camp this summer, which will help, right??)) and if you dont think this will help, then please let me know of some good eating ideas. icant really work out, i dont have ride to the gym, so running and doing flips outside is my only way of exercise. thanks a ton!!

yer that will help a little but what you should try and to is be more active isntead of sitting around being bored.. ride your bike, swim, walk, run, do this with your friends so it will be fun... think of this extra excersise as fun. and if you want to get your tummy into shape then why dont you try doing tummy excersises every night before you go to bed or try doing palates or yoga.. if your stuck on tummy excersises then just google "tummy excersise" or try these sites:
