you will get a stronger muscular butt, but it may not necessarily be smaller because if you do it too much, it could just be big & muscular.
you have to do like reps of 25 or 50 or something. you can just do like, one butt squeeze when you get up to get a tissue and another when the fire alarm goes off and no one is paying attention to your butt. haha.
but if you meant like, 150 in the morning, 200 back from school, 150 before bed, then yeah. definitely. stronger butt. & if you have cellulite (gross, i know) then that will go away too. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
