butt if i squeeze my butt muscles throught out the day will i get a stronger, smaller muscular butt?

Yep, over time it'll get smaller and stronger but if you want a smaller butt, I wouldn't recommend just squeezing it throughout the day for various reasons. If you don't have anything to do other than squeeze it though, I'd recommend squeezing it and holding it for 2 minutes in the morning when you first wake up.
Anyways it's a crappy workout to begin with, 1 day of non stop squeezing your butt is probably equivilent to a 5 minute run.
If you want a smaller stronger butt, I'd recommend running a mile or two every other day and running stairs ]

you will get a stronger muscular butt, but it may not necessarily be smaller because if you do it too much, it could just be big & muscular.
you have to do like reps of 25 or 50 or something. you can just do like, one butt squeeze when you get up to get a tissue and another when the fire alarm goes off and no one is paying attention to your butt. haha.
but if you meant like, 150 in the morning, 200 back from school, 150 before bed, then yeah. definitely. stronger butt. & if you have cellulite (gross, i know) then that will go away too. ]
