eat or not eat?

Question Posted Thursday May 10 2007, 5:51 pm

Ok I have a flat stomache but whne I eat liek breakfast or a meal my stomache is big like a chubby or fat kid's.

Well my grad is coming up and I'm wondering if I should eat after the grad or eat before it anyway.

Should I wear a tight dress or a loose one for my tummy then?

When your stomach looks that way, you may have eaten too much. Try to eat smaller meals.

Don't stop eating because once you start back up you're going to gain a lot of weight. Also, not eating isn't healthy. You're going to burn fat, yes, but you're going to burn your muscle tissue first & you'll gain weight. Basically, just eat smaller light meals, walk a bit & drink water.

The day of your graduation, like a few hours before, eat a small snack such as pretzels and water, or carrots and water, or yougurt, etc. That won't make your stomach big, so you can wear a dress without worrying about it.
