3x100 situps

Decline situps with weights.

Leg raisers

Running

When it comes to running, run outside, not on a treadmill.

As for decline situps and the leg raisers, make sure to do as many repetitions as possible. I'd recommend 4x20 leg raisers and 4x50 situps with weights.
