kegels

Question Posted Tuesday May 8 2007, 11:00 pm

I know what kegel exercises are and I do them daily, but when you're having sex, can guys actually tell when you're doing them? Like, can they feel you squeezing around them or are they too busy pushing in and out of you that they don't notice?

Any input would be great, thanx!!

If you get the timing right, it's mind-blowing.

My favourite times to flex those muscles are when he's pulling out, or just after he's orgasmed.
