i've been doing ab workouts since january everyday, or every other day sometimes. i do crunches, lemon squeezes, alot. i'm not fat but i have a goal of having a flat stomach, like alot of people i have like a litlte pudge. it may have something to do with my height im like 5'3-5'4, and i have that little pudge that i just hate.

and this past week ive started drinking just water, no soft drinks or anyting. because i've heard its good for you & that kind of stuff.
i really want a flat stomach by the beg of summer, any help is great?
