AIM password

Question Posted Tuesday May 8 2007, 5:20 pm

i lost my password for one of my AIM screen names.

and when i try to reset it, it goes to the image verification (when you type the letter and numbers in the weird image) then it goes either entering your email adress or birthday and other information. and then it goes back to the image verification and back to the email, and on and on.

why isn't this working, so i can reset my password?

Make sure you get all the information right.

If you're sure that's not the problem, make sure you have cookies enabled. (Look here for instructions if you don't know how: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location))

Hey.

You could be answering the image verification wrong. Or something in your information was wrong. That is normally why it takes you back to that page. Try correcting and double checking next time before you submit. If that doesn't work, restart your computer, and try again. If that doesn't make a difference then contact AIM.
