hm... well eat lots of fruits & veggies, take vitamins...
just pretty much eat healthy & avoid junk food like fries, chips, burgers, sodas... they're not good for you.
green veggies like broccolli (uh sp?) have lots of minerals so i'm sure those could help a bit.
your best bet? wait it out.
or just wear victoria secret padded bras :]
make yerr boobies go PLUMP! haha

also, have you hit puberty yet? like do you have your period or are you tall-ish? maybe when you hit puberty you will have huuuge boobies.
