Well seeing as you are so young and don't have anyone to buy one for you, it's not like you can just walk into a sex store and buy one at your age.
You can try what most young girls do and use things like electric toothbrushes or electric razors that vibrate. The toothbrush handle would probably work the best and vibrate most. I bet at your age you could get your hands on something like that. :)
