i have had sex and i am 14 year old female.How do i tell the one i lost my virginity to that i don't want to have sex any more?

The best thing is to be direct and honest. Say that you aren't ready or comfortable to continue having sex. If the guy doesn't agree or understand, forget about him, and find someone who can respect your decisions. It's your body and mind, and your choice.
If you want to do other things (other than sex), it's your choice, but always be careful and use protection. I understand how you feel; sometimes people rush into things and realize later they aren't ready (the same thing happened to me). That's perfectly fine and really common. You know if you aren't comfortable, so don't do anything until you're sure of it.
But anyway, be straightforward, strong, and honest. A good guy will understand.
