This guy likes me. And Im not sure if I like him or not. Every other day I see him @ school..with my best friend. We talk. But you see the problem is, that whenever he talks.
He only talks to my best friend (who is a girl) like about himself, or stories fun humor stuff. He told her that he LIKES me and that he wanted to go to prom with me and hes going to ask me out soon dunno when though. Anyway Im just confused and uncomfortable because he talks to my best friend and hes always himself around her. Gives her all this attention leaving me just out of no where.
But around me he only asks me questions he talks about me (and thats what makes me feel weird is because he wont be himself around me). He does act a little embrarassed. But he DOES not give me as much as attention as he does to my bff. but i know for sure that he has a big crush on me its postively sure. why does he act like this? how am i supposed to act? what am i supposed to do when he talks to my bffe and leaves me out?
help! I see him tomorrow.

Ashumms answered Monday April 30 2007, 7:24 pm: The reason he only acts like himself around your best friend is because he has no need to impress her. But he does want to get in good with her so she will put in a good word with you for him. He wants to impress you so he wants to seem attentive and a good listener so you'll think he would be a good boyfriend. So next time he's talking to your best friend about himself ask him a question so he has to talk directly to you. When you two are alone and he's not acting like himself, bring up a topic you know he's into. This will bring the real him out. [ Ashumms's advice column | Ask Ashumms A Question ]
