No problem. I think it's silly to jump to conclusions like that. Here's a website for you that's definitely reliable. Since you are only 14, your boobs are still growing and your menstrual cycle can make them lumpy too. Don't quote me on this, but I believe that most breast cancer develops in women in their 40's or so. You can probably find that someplace on the website I gave you. Try not to worry about this. Chances are it's nothing. :)
