Is this normal?

I`m 14, female, and one of my boobs is bigger than the other. my left breast is larger, more droopier than my right,is this bad?
please help!

This is completely normal. your left boob will always be a little bit bigger because thats where your heart is.

no, many women have breasts where one is slightly larger/smaller than the other. Don't worry about it, when and if a guy gets to see your naked breasts he will be so happy to see them he will not notice they are different in size. My wife had to point it out to me before i noticed and if she hadn't pointed it out I probably never would have.

It is normal. They will start to even out a little later in life, but there will always be one a wee bit bigger after they even out more.
