fun, easy songs for piano

What are some songs that aren't really that hard to play and sing? I want to play/sing something like 'Ordinary Day' by Vanessa Carlton. A happy song would be awesome! Thanks so much in advance!!

"Listen to Your Heart" (the non-techno version) by DHT

if you like phanton of the opera is nice... just get the easier version. just look at some song that you like and type... the song you like/easymusic for the piano
