i am 15 and can you use that jelly stuff, or what else can you use and do you put it over the condom

Go to your pharmacy, or really any store that sells condom, and right by the condoms should be a selection of lubricants you can choose from. I've never used any personally, so I wouldn't know what brand to suggest. Perhaps ask the pharmacist.
