It is very unlikely that you are pregnant if you started your menstrual cycle. If your cycle is normal then it's highly likely that you are not pregnant. HOWEVER, if your bleeding is much lighter than normal and stops after only a few hours, then get a pregnancy test: This could be "spotting", which occurs during implantation, 1-7 days after conception.
When in doubt, get a test.
