it's not easy, specially if he's checked you out and not thought you worth chasing after. so, just make sure you walk past him or even say something to attract his attention to you ever so briefly (you could just say something to someone he's chatting with - just make sure you make eye contact with him in every case), and then wait to see his reaction. if he's never noticed you before, he sure will now. and if he finds you interesting, he'll surely make the next move.

No matter what anyone says, guys DO almost always look at how you look. Dress up a lot, do your hair nice, and basically just make sure you always look good around him. I know this sounds shallow, but if a girl looks cute, it almost always will get the guys attention. After you start talking to him for a while, and he gets to see the real you, start to impress him with your personality.

well you cant just get a guy to like you but i know what you mean so.. you could flirt smile alot and laugh at his jokes. or just tell him how you feel about him. hope this helps. =]
