Whats his isue?
I have liked this guy for awhile and he liked meh to at one point. He always seems to find a reason to not hang out with me but i know if he did he would like me again. Why wont he hang out with me I know he still likes me. How can i get him to hang out with me and what could we do if we do end up hanging out. Something fun thats not boring at all!

Hey, I am going through a problem exactly like this right now. What I am going to do is have a group of people hang out. Some of his friends and some of yours so its not just us two. Sometimes being alone is uncomfortable for guys. Expecially when they know the girl might make a move. It's a crazy theory I know, but try that. Maybe he will like to chill as a group and you can flirt for a while. You guys can walk around and just hang out. Don't worry about what people will say or anything just make sure you make the matter fun and you get plenty of flirting time with your crush.
