Triple Jump

Hey guys
i am trying out for Triple Jump in my school
Right now I am jumping 4 metres..which isnt the best
Does anyone have any tips or techniques to share?

well, your coach will be able to tell you best and practice does make better. here are some drills you may want to discuss with your coach and put into practice.

Standing hop-step-jumps.
Single leg hop up stairs.

Practice your approach using whatever step approach you use, lets say 4step. and have som1 mark your distance on the track. keep that up and try to be consistent

stand and just jump into the pit, do it around 20 times and you'll see how really helpful it can be.
