Okay, I can't give you the direct answer to your homework, as it will get me banned.
So if you ever heard of cross multiplication, this is the kind of problem you should use it in. Get a piece of paper and write 6 over 4 equals X over 28. Don't grab your calculator and divide them. They are just there to set up the cross multiplication. Now multiply 6 with X and 4 with 28. Now you can grab your calculator to find out what 4 times 28 is. 6 times X will become 6x. Now divide what you got from 4 times 28 by 6 so you end up with X on only one side. X equals the number on the right side of the equation. It's sort of hard to explain with plain text, but once you get the right answer it's the easiest thing ever. ]
