Hey everyone!
I was wondering if anyone had ever been to Warped Tour. I am going this year, and have NO clue what to expect. What is a generalization of the layout, and what goes on? Thanks!

Basically, it's a giant area and usually 7 or 8 different stages. More mainstream bands get the bigger stages and areas, smaller, lesser known bands get smaller stages. It gets very crowded and the bathrooms become really disgusting throughout the day, so make sure you use it as little as possible. Bring a lot of money for drinks, especially if it's hot, because they charge a heck of a lot for stuff like water.
Be prepared for some unruly kids that try to act tough and start fights, but there's a lot of security. If you get hurt there's first-aid stands all over the place.
I suggest finding a stage that has most of the bands you want to see, and staying around that stage, because different bands play at the same time so you can't see everyone.
When you arrive, you'll see a giant board with all of the bands, times they're playing, and stages they're playing on. Bring a sharpie to write down the times for the bands you want to see [just write it on your arm if you don't have paper].
Bring a camera too, probably a disposable one cuz you don't want to break a good camera. Also bring money for merchandise.
It's so much fun, you can meet really cool bands and people, a lot of the bands [if you become really good friends with them just by being friendly etc.] will give you free stuff or let you backstage with them.
