glucose for pregnancy

i think i may be pregnate... i went to the doctor today for a uti and he said i have high levels of glucose in my urine but it wasn't diabetic... is this a sign of pregnancy? glucose in the urine.. thanks.

the doctor couldn't say anything, neither could i because my mom was in the room and im 17

You have two choices here. Take a home pregnancy test as suggested in the previous answer, or make an appointment to see your doctor alone so that you can discuss the possibility of pregnancy and why there is glucose in your urine. If you cannot see the doctor without your Mum being there, make an appointment with the Family Planning Clinic (or USA equivalent). All the best. Even if you are not pregnant you will need to find out why there is glucose present and what can be done about it. All the best.
