Although I am not around 14-15 I thought I'd answer regardless.
Firstly good move on not acting like something you're not - that is always a bad move and you shouldn't have to change yourself just to get someone to like you.
Hmm, I look for personality more than anything else. The girl has to have a personality otherwise things will quickly get very boring. This means she has to have a sense of humor (girls beed it to put up with me coz I'm a bit of a joker and I like having a laugh) as well as be easy to talk to and friendly. Trust is a major issue with me so I need to be able to know and feel that I can trust them.

personally I go for the girl who is sweet and very friendly. The more socially comfortable the person is the better! Talkative girls are great as long as they know when it's a bit to far. Just be casual and your true self will attract the right guy for you. No guy wants a girl who's not genuine.
