I use Internet Audio Mix as well as Fruity Loops both of which are very good in their own respect. Internet Audio Mix is great for cutting and pasting music and taking samples out of full tracks. Fruity Loops might be expensive (full version but I think there is a free trial version available to download as well) and a little hard to use at first but is a very powerful piece of software (my cousin is a producer and is a piece of software he uses on many occasions) and you can make some very amazing mixes with it.
Another piece of software that may come in very handy is Atomix Virtual DJ.
