Are they Lovely dovely to other people you said,
nope just to me.
oh so that means if someone text message you when they are at their firends place and they said thier bored and you text for two hours. mean that they like you or really bored?

Like I said, it depends on the friend. Do they always text you when they're bored or was that a one-time thing? The only way to really know for sure is to talk to your friend. Is it possible that they like you? Yes. Could they have been really bored? Yes.
Just talk to your friend. :)
