When you tell a guy he's handsome and really good lookin and he says it was good to see you too. What does that mean?
Does he like you or not.....is he just being difficult?

Its basically just saying thankyou.. you look pretty good to, or he might like you it really depends on what he says and how he says it. Its more of just a compliment back, you gave one to him hes returning the favor.
