hi i want to know if a blood test can proove that i, a male, had sex Before im 16, and keep in mind ther no infections (stds) were included.

There is no test to proove that a male is or is not a virgin if there are no STD's.
However, the answer is differnet for girls. A ob/gyn can tell by an examination if a girl is or is not a virgin.
To decrease your risk for STD's always use a condom.
