music for the ipod

my desktop computer isnt working and i cant even get onto it but like all my music is on that computer. right now im using my laptop and i really want to add music to it. so is there anywhere i can add music onto my ipod with my laptop? do i need to download itunes onto this laptop and just plug in my ipod? i dont want any of my music to get erased..please help and thanks!

well first of all you can download itunes right off the itunes website! i did that when i got my new computer, it is quick and easy and you'll get the latest version of iTunes. And it's completely free. here is a link...

after you have downloaded iTunes just plug your iPod in and it will load for a few minutes and all your music will show up on your new iTunes library, none of it will be lost.

i took these very steps when i got my new computer and everything worked out perfectly, i didn't lose any music and it was easy. so don't worry, it works.
