hey

well, there aren't really any ways to "slim down" your thighs & butt except by creating more muscle.

by running a mile a day, you will intially be making them bigger with muscle.

to slim them down, i suggest not jogging / running / working out (except in gym if you must) for like a week & see if they slim down.

or, just eat healthy foods & not work out (in case you are concious about gaining weight by not working out).

you can always "slim down" by not creating muscle by joining a yoga class... you sweat it all out & it REALLY helps with stress. if you are a busy girl during the week, go to the class every weekend! TRUST me, it helps.

i hope i helped you out a little :]
