it make hurt depending how tight you are. but most likely it's very pleasurable. sometimes the guy can get too into it and may become overly aggressive, i've had that happen to me. and sometimes it does hurt. and if that happens just tell him to tone it down a bit. the more gentle it is the more pleasurable it will be. good luck ;).
