birthday party.
I'm turning 17 on May 1st. I'm going to have a birthday party this year, because I didn't get to have a sweet 16.
I've been going through so many themes, and the best one I have is a Fiesta theme. Since my birthday falls right after Fiesta! & right before Cinco de Mayo. I'm not Mexican though. But I want it to be really awesome, and just perfect.
I need some ideas.
I know there are websites out there that give you tons of ideas when it comes to making up parties. But I just would like to know first hand from someone else what good ideas would be that they experienced and what not.
Also, if you have any other awesome themes that you think would go well. Please let me know.

well im 13 but still im having a las vegas party with card tables, and some dancing, and magic guy and a lot of las vegas stuff.. its guna be really fun, and i bet it would be even better for someone older. so i suggest that.....and how funny i guess the person below me said the same thing! hope i helped...

for a 17 year-old, i would suggest a las vegas theme party. you can have fake gamling tables set up like black jack and poker tables around a room and have friends of your parents be the dealers. its mature and fun. you can give bags of chips with everyones name on it in the front (or something like that) and you can have fun pretending to gamble. there's also a lot of easy decorations you can make like streamers made out of cards or you can buy it from:
