Question Posted Saturday April 7 2007, 2:24 am

Hey, well I was just wondering if anyone can give me some websites or advice on how to lose some weight for the summer. I'm not like morbidly obese but I am somewhat over weight, I do not have time to run but I walk to and from school so about an hours worth of walking every day. Are there any stomach exercise you can give me or websites with some good exercises I can do?? Thank you

Seventeen magazine has excellent workout and nutrition advice, so it may be worth it to pick up an issue or surf the website. Also if you have comcast then On Demand is a great workout option. There are many amazing workouts, different styles and I do believe a section dedicated to abs.
