Masturbation is nothing bad.Especially for a girl,it will help get you ready for sex.If you insert your fingers masturbating it will break the hymen (skinny layer of skin) and it wont hurt as much the 1st time you have sex.

yes, you are allowed to finger yourself.
you wouldn't bleed unless you have your period or you do it WAY too hard. you should never finger yourself so vigorously that you begin to bleed... EVER!
you'll pop your cherry if you've never used a tampon properly and / or if you have had sex. you can only pop your cherry if your finger goes WAY WAY deep into your vagina. i think it's impossible for someone's finger to get inserted deeply enough to pop a cherry.
could your doctor tell if you what, fingered yourself? no.
