Sorry for being so blunt but you can't do that. It's the other way around, you sync your iPod to your iTunes library.
If you have sync-ed your iPod from one computer and you want to copy the songs from the iPod to the computer before sync-ing to your iPod then you have to go with the auto-play feature on your computer. Copy them into a file on your desktop and then sync. Then add the folder to your Itunes library and you'll have ALL the songs sync-ed to your iPod.
