wat are some flirting tips i can do??...starting off as friends then working up...i don't want anything to dramatic...i want little steps then work my way up...

When you're friends, laugh at their jokes, touch them gently, make eye contact, smile a lot. Talk to each other, hang out. Get a mutual closeness.
When you get to be more than friends, hugs are always nice. Talk a lot, hang out more than usual.
And when you're more than friends, it's basically all of that except with kisses & dates. =)
