my boy is getting his mission papers and I need to break up

I NEED ADVICE!!! ASAP!!!
My boyfriendis leaving for two whole years. He is getting his mission paperthsi wednesday and I need to break up with him and I really do not know how to break the news to him, I really don't I mena i jave been with him for almost 11 months and I just don't know how to tell him that he need to concentrate on his mission that's why i'm breaking up with him two months before he leaves!
I'm 16 years old

You just simply tell him it wouldn't be fair for either of you to put your lives on hold for 2 years.
Thats a long time at your age.

Tell him you'll write to him and that you will stay in touch. See how you both feel about each other after he is done. :)
