remove something from my column?

Hi, YG. I hope you are well! I see you still giving kick-*** advice all the time. :)

I'm writing today because someone sent me a message with her phone number in it and asked me to call her. I replied that I didn't think it was a good idea. I didn't realize that would then put her phone number in my column. Is there any way to remove it? I'm uncomfortable knowing that her phone is there for anyone to see.
