Hey, I have one more question!

It's me again the 15 year old girl and I just have one more questin.What if I see him looking at me, but then he turns his head real fast so that he doesnt know that I saw him looking at me? What should I do then? Should I still go up to him and introduce myself and start talking to him? By the way, you give good advice thanks from before!
