I heard that going on an organic diet helps you loose weight fast. But what is an organic diet? What foods do you eat?

means you mainly eat foods that are organic. organic foods are those that were grown and/or produced without the use of any superficial chemicals, substances and processes. they have a sign on them, "usda organic":

i've never heard about organic foods making you lose weight, but they certainly are extremely good for you. and perhaps having fewer toxins in your body does make you lose weight.
however, be aware of the fact that organic food is not cheap. the reason is because 1 - farmers use artificial subtances because it's cheaper and faster, and 2 - organic growers have to go through a really tedious legal process to prove that their food is indeed organic.
