ok so i love monster enery drinks and i have them alot they are yummy but im also trying to lose weight before the summer..soo i was wondering do the cause weight gain..thank you.i have like one a day maybe even 2

They'll make you gain weight.

They are not healthy. Drinking 1 or 2 a day for an extended period of time is really harmful to your body. It's worse than soda.

yes regular monster energy drinks will make you gain weight. drink the "lo-carb monster xxl". this drink only has 10 calories and isnt fattening at all. this drink is the one with with the blue "m" on the front.
