I don't think you can if you haven't had your period because when you get your period your lady parts get ready for an egg to drop, and if that egg hasn't been ready then a baby can't be made, right? And if you used protection then thats a less chance of geting pregnant anyways. Telling your partents would be the right thing to do if you were raped or sexually asulted, etc. If you weren't then you dont need to tell them unless you want to. If you want to talk to an adult about this, then ask a teacher or a coach or someone you can trust who you know will keep it a good secrect and will be there for help. I hope this helped
